Refund policy

100% of your booking can be refunded if cancelled 5 days, or more, before your tour booking date.

If you need to cancel within 5 days of your tour booking we will refund you 50% of your total fee paid. This is because other vendor payments and arrangements have already been made, and paid for, that cannot be cancelled or refunded (i.e. boat tickets, other supplier or vendor reservations, etc.) No date changes are permitted.

You can choose to cancel your tour in the original Tour Booking confirmation email you received.
